malfunctioning controls firm mattress
the air conditioning controls in my room malfunctioned the temperature became uncomfortably cold i requested assistance but the staff only sent a maid to adjust the controller this action proved ineffective and i had to specifically request a different room i think an offer for a room change should have been provided upfront without my prompting also the provided mattress felt excessively firm this detracted from the overall comfort during the night

Acceptable Stay with Some Drawbacks
ripped curtains rusty water feature
The room showed its age. Curtains had rips and the chaise lounge was visibly dirty. I avoided sitting on it. Paint peeled from the ceiling and damp, moldy walls surrounded the entrance to the swimming pool (this bothered me a bit). The pool itself needed maintenance. Several tiles were missing and the water feature looked rusty with exposed iron bars.

the room was spacious. it had all the amenities i needed. the location was good, easy to get to the city center. the room was very clean, the cleaners were very good.
i never experienced ordering breakfast the day before. i also decided what time breakfast should be served. the breakfast was served late, about 40 minutes past the agreed time. also the breakfast was cold.

fantastic stay, was so good
spacious room large bed attentive service
My room was spacious, with a large bed and separate seating area. i appreciated the very clean rooms and the attentive service from the maids on the fifth floor. the hotel's central location near soi buakhao made it easy to access local attractions. I found everything convenient.
The shower drain had an unpleasant smell, a bit off-putting. I hope they address this soon.

Staff members were friendly and helpful . They addressed my requests promptly and with a smile. their dedication created a cute atmosphere. I definitely noticed their positive attitude. i felt very supported
